Renelle on the River
Renelle on the River is a luxury condominium building located at 403 N Wabash Avenue NE, along the Chicago River near Michigan Ave. & the Wrigley Building. 
This 18-story tower was constructed on top of an existing parking garage built in 1976.  Construction occurred in a dense, active and urban environment adjacent to the Chicago Riverwalk.
Services Provided: 
Analysis of the existing parking structure and foundations.
Design of a flat-slab post-tensioned floor system with a central  moment frame core.
Steel pop-up at roof level with mechanical screen-wall.
Production of contract documents.
Construction Administration.
